1. How to order?

Ordering is easy and simple at www.bagrove.com. Just follow the steps mentioned, and here are some instructions.

Step1. View the products and choose one piece of bag you want.

Step2. Then, you enter the desired inscription from the drop box menu and choice the options that are available.

Step3. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.

Step4. Click the shopping cart and confirm what you selected and update the quantity. If there are no problems, click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue.

Step5. Complete buyer information, shipping and payment option. Click "Continue Checkout" to make the payment. If you have a PayPal account, You can pay with you PayPal account, otherwise you can pay with a debit or credit card via Paypal payment page.

Step6. Input your shipping address, email address and phone number.

Step7. Verify information.

Step8. Once your payment has been processed, we will send an email confirming your order information. The order processing will begin when the due payment is received. The tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your email address once your order is shipped out.

2. How to track my order?

Click on "Track Order" located at the bottom of the initial page. You need to fill in your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. Go to Track Order now.

3. How do I check my order information?

The payment confirmation email contains the details of your order. You also can login to your BAGROVE account and check the MY ORDERS tab for order information.

You can also Contact Us with your order number and we will be happy to provide you with the details of your order.

We encourage you to keep your order number until delivery to facilitate order inquiries.

4. Why haven’t I received any emails or replies after placing my order?

Your email address may have been entered incorrectly or blocked by spam filters. Please change your spam filters or check your junk mailbox. Please use your primary email to ensure you receive timely updates. Thanks for your support.

5. Was my order shipped when I received my payment confirmation email?

If you received the payment confirmation email, your order has been prepared and is awaiting pickup. If your shipment is delayed unexpectedly for some reason, you will receive a notification via email.

6. Why is my account status "Pending" if my payment was processed?

After the payment was processed completed, the status of your order will show "Processing", and will not change again until you receive your order. If it shows as "Pending", please Contact Us.

7. How do I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?

All items require 3-5 business days to handcraft. So customers are able to change or cancel their order for free within 24 hours of purchasing.

If you want to change the style, size, and photo of the item or the shipping address, please Contact Us, we need to verify if it is in production or not. Send us an email Here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Please note that all changed or canceled orders of personalized items have a 30% restocking fee after 24 hours.

2. How long before I receive my order?

• Standard Shipping to US,UK,AU,CA,FR,DE: $9.99 (Free Over $59). Please allow up to 5-12 business days for shipping.

• Standard Shipping to Other Countries: $9.99 (Free Over $59). Please allow up to 10-18 business days for shipping.

• Urgent Shipping: $24.99 (Free Over $200). Please allow up to 2-5 business days for shipping.

3. What should I do if my package is lost?

First, confirm that your package has been marked ‘Delivered,’ and verify that it was sent to the correct address. In some instances, the carrier may have delivered the package to the wrong address or marked the package as ‘Delivered’ when it arrived at your local sorting center.

Check your surrounding areas. The carrier may have left your package in a hidden area near your door to keep it from being stolen.

Check with your family, friends, or roommates. If your packages are being shipped to your home, someone you live with may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Check with your neighbors. The package may have accidentally been delivered to your neighbor’s address. In some instances, your neighbors may take your package in for safekeeping until you’ve arrived home.

If your shipping address is located in an apartment complex, condominium, or an office building, check with the front desk. The shipping carrier may choose to leave your package with the front desk or lobby attendant.

Check with your local post office or the carrier. If your package is being delivered by your local postal service, check to see if your package is being held at the post office. Alternatively, if your package is being delivered by a private shipping carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc.), check to see if your package is being held at one of their nearby locations.

4. ShipmentCustomsDuties And Taxes

All items purchased from BAGROVE are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.

The use of the BAGROVE site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.

BAGROVE offers worldwide shipping.The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state.

The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. BAGROVE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. What should I do if my order tracking information is not updated?

This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If there is no movement within a week, please feel free to Contact Us for assistance.

6. What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

It shall be highly appreciated if you can be at your shipping address for a signature will be asked once the parcel is shipped by express shipping.

But please do not worry if you cannot. Go to the local express shipping company or post office with your tracking NO. to pick up the parcel as soon as possible when you are back home.

7. Why it says delivered while I receive nothing?
Usually the parcel will be delivered to your shipping address which you left on our site, but your parcel may be delivered at your local post office or shipping company. You may contact them with your tracking NO to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.
